The Blood of Christ are a death metal band hailing from Canada. They released three albums in the late 1990s and early 2000s, split up, and then regrouped in 2015. This is their first full-length since their nine-year hiatus ended, and despite having all of that time to think about their skills as musicians, this album does reflect that. However skilled they are as musicians, it seems like they should have spent more time thinking about how to write a damn song.
