Origin – Unparalleled Universe

Does this album have its rough spots?  Certainly.  It is a shaky start after their almost catastrophic Omnipresent, so it is forgivable.  I am glad to see Origin getting back on track with this album and, as usual, I look forward to their next release.

Origin – Entity

This isn't my favorite Origin album.  "Antithesis" is my favorite by Origin.  Despite that, there are qualities on "Entity" that were not present on "Antithesis" like the short songs, almost making it a step up form "Antithesis" in a logical way, but a step back in a musical way.  It may not be the best Origin release, but it is still holding true to what Origin is meant to be: a really fucking fast band.

Origin – Omnipresent

Origin had and still has a lot to their name ever since they released 2008's "Antithesis," and expectations were high ever since 20011's "Entity" failed to deliver as much as "Antithesis" did, mostly due to lack of band members.  So here comes "Omnipresent" with ex-Skinless vocalist Jason Keyser.
